Adding items to your cart is not an order. An order exists once you complete checkout, and we accept it when we confirm payment (or, for cash on delivery, when the order is placed). Until then we may decline it — for example if an item sold out between your adding it and paying.

You can order without an account. If you check out as a guest and later sign in with the same verified email address, those orders attach to your account automatically.

A single order may contain at most 10 units of any one product, counted across all its sizes and colours.

• All prices are shown in INR and include the taxes displayed at checkout.
• Delivery is charged at ₹5, free over ₹499. See the shipping policy.
• Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number — we keep only the payment status and a masked reference.
• We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If a clear error appears, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.

Codes are validated when you apply them and again when you pay — the amount charged is the one the server calculates. A code may carry an expiry, a total usage cap, a per-customer limit, or a minimum order value. We may withdraw a code at any time, and we may refuse one that is being used to abuse the store.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently — for example to farm discount codes across many addresses, or to test stolen cards. If we suspend yours and you think we are wrong, email us and a person will look at it.

You can review an item you have bought and had delivered. Reviews are yours, but by posting one you let us display it on the store. We may remove a review that is abusive, off-topic, or contains someone else's personal information — we do not remove one for being critical.

The designs, photography, text and branding on this site belong to BlobWear. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it.

• Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site or its API.
• Do not scrape the catalogue in bulk or resell our imagery.
• Do not place orders you do not intend to pay for or accept.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other right that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, and we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control once a parcel is with a courier.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. These terms are governed by Indian law.
