Shipping policy
We ship across India through our courier partners. Delivery is free on orders over ₹499, and every parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves us.

Charges
Delivery is a flat ₹5 per order, and free on orders over ₹499. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay — there is nothing added afterwards.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Delivery then usually takes 3–7 working days depending on where you are.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier its progress is in their hands — weather, strikes and regional disruption can add time. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next working day.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is booked, and the live status is on your order page under your account. Guest orders can be tracked from the link in your confirmation email.
The timeline starts when the parcel physically moves. Until then it reads as “preparing for dispatch”.
Addresses
We check the PIN code against the city and state you enter and flag a clear mismatch, but the address itself is yours to get right. Please include a building or flat number — the one thing no lookup can supply.
An address can only be changed before the order is packed. After that the parcel is with the courier and the address is fixed.
If a delivery fails
- Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once. Keep the phone number on the order reachable — a failed contact is the most common cause.
- If every attempt fails, the parcel is returned to us and we refund you once it arrives back.
- If tracking has not moved for several days, email us and we will chase the courier.
